About the Despacho:
In the high Andes, where the mountains breathe and the earth is alive with presence, there is an ancient ceremony that has been carried through generations by the Q’ero lineage.
This offering is known as Despacho.
A Despacho is not a ritual you observe.
It is something you enter.
A living prayer.
A sacred exchange.
A moment where you step out of the modern world…
and back into reciprocity with life itself.
It is a way of listening, responding, and participating in life.
This work exists to restore relationship —
with yourself, with others, and with life itself.

The Ceremony Process
This is not a performance.
This is participation in something ancient and precise.
From anywhere in the world you can contribute your personal prayers and intentions through our process with live stream and recording.
Before each ceremony:

The Paqo Q’ero enters 24 hours of fasting, preparing energetically

Sacred tools and symbols are cleansed and consecrated
-
The ceremonial space is prepared in alignment with tradition

Our team collates all of the individual prayers submitted by you ready for the offering.
During the ceremony:
We will be guided through a deeply intentional process that includes:

Creating kintus (bundles of coca leaves) as personal prayers

Placing offerings onto a sacred cloth (unkuña) in specific patterns

Sitting in silence as the Despacho is meticulously constructed

Invoking the Apus, Pachamama, and guiding spirits

Sharing ceremonial tools

Participating in prayer, presence, and energetic alignment
As the offering is built, it becomes something extraordinary…
A living mandala of beauty, meaning, and devotion.
The Sacred Fire
At the culmination of the ceremony:
The Despacho is activated through fire or earth.

It may be burned, releasing prayers through smoke to the cosmos

Or buried, returning the offering directly to Pachamama
This moment is profound.
A surrender.
A trust.
A closing of the loop between you and life.
The entire process will be live streamed and recorded for you to share and integrate.
