All live sessions are recorded and available inside Circle. You can participate in your own time while staying connected to the community.

Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. You can pause or cancel your membership whenever you need.

Courses give information. True Nature offers relationship, rhythm, and lived integration. This is an ongoing field of support — not something you consume and complete.

A base level of awareness and inner work is required. Any previous trauma healing, psychological conditions or health concerns should be discussed in your application. You should be prepared to meet parts of yourself that you haven't before. The retreats are designed to meet you exactly where you are. You need a willingness to slow down, listen, and show up honestly.

This is an exclusive high touch experience with many hands involved in making sure we uphold the highest integrity and transformational healing. We set our prices according to the venue, team and depth of experience. Organising your finances is an essential part of you saying yes to this retreat. We do offer a select number of scholarships for each retreat as well as payment plans.

If you cancel 60 days or more before your retreat start date, you will be refunded the full retreat amount.  If you cancel 31 days or more before the retreat start date, you will be refunded the total amount, minus your initial deposit. If you cancel 30 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.  Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. You agree to this upon booking as per our Payment Policy. *we will do our best to transfer the retreat deposit or payments to a future retreat, but this is on a case by case basis.

Flights are not included. You are responsible for organising you travel to and from the retreat pick up location. We do offer our travel agent partner who specialises in help you get organised.

We provide thorough information for you to best prepare for a remarkable experience, including how to prepare mind, body and spirit and also to acclimitize to the altitude.
