Shaun Kay is a catalyst for cultural change through his experiential immersions, keynote speaking and community projects dedicated to helping humans reconnect with vitality, authenticity and fulfillment. With over 12 years of experience spanning cultural development, education, leadership and deep inner work, Shaun brings a grounded, intuitive approach to guiding others through life's most pivotal transitions and stimulates positive systemic change in communities.

A lifelong learner, Shaun's training spans depth psychology, rites of passage, human behavioural change, breathwork, meditation and exercise physiology. His programs have reached well over 10,000 participants, earning him the 7News Young Achiever Regional Service Award.

Qualifications and more+

He was recently awarded the 7News Young Achiever Regional Service Award, after impacting over 3,500 teachers, 6,500 students and many more globally with his programs. He has studied depth psychology, rites of passage, human behavioral change, NLP, meditation, breathwork, exercise physiology and suicide prevention, among many other things, as a lifelong learner.
