Men's Work

We are living in an era where masculinity is fragile, unclear, and lacks support. Men often don't have access to positive male role models to guide them. Many men have grown up with little to no support from True Elders who would initiate and guide a boy into adulthood and Fatherhood.

As a result, they tend to follow harmful, disordered examples of what it means to be masculine, leading to struggles in understanding themselves and their relationships with women.

​We need good men because they play a foundational role in building strong communities and healthy relationships. When men embrace positive qualities like integrity, empathy, and responsibility, they become pillars of support, both for their families and society at large. Good men are leaders who inspire others to be better, not through dominance or force, but through their actions and example.
